HarborSuite Living is led by a real estate operator and investor with a track record across asset management, corporate governance, and capital markets.
Christopher Kape is the Principal of Kape Capital Inc., a Vancouver-based family office and venture capital firm investing across real estate, technology, and gaming. He founded HarborSuite Living to apply that same operator's discipline to workforce housing — building a co-living model that works as a real estate business first, with the Pathway to Ownership Program as the resident-facing differentiator.
Christopher serves as a director and officer across a number of real estate and operating entities, with hands-on experience managing multi-property portfolios, negotiating institutional management and partnership agreements, and structuring governance for closely held companies and their shareholders.
He holds an MBA from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the SP Jain School of Global Management.
